Results of stress can lead to high blood pressure, tension headaches, upset stomachs, and many other ailments. Exercise is probably the most effective defense against stress in your life. But there’s a secret that most people don’t know, and the secret is this: It’s not the exercising part that’s hard. What’s hard is actually showing up to exercise and then keeping up the effort day in and day out.
