Having worked with hundreds of thousands guests at Miraval and around the world most of them being top executives, business men and women, celebrities and politicians, for over two decades I began to notice a very distinctive pattern that everyone had. Patterns that even me had experienced when driven by fear, anxiety and my own ego.

I call the pattern "a lose wire", we all have it and if we don't fix it has the potential to destroy us.
