Having worked with hundreds of thousands guests at Miraval and around the world most of them being top executives, business men and women, celebrities and politicians, for over two decades I began to notice a very distinctive pattern that everyone had. Patterns that even me had experienced when driven by fear, anxiety and my own ego.

I call the pattern "a lose wire", we all have it and if we don't fix it has the potential to destroy us. This blog is about reconnecting that wire so we can enjoy a better life and everyone and everything in it. It's about reclaiming our birthright to have a Life In Balance. I will be posting my own reflections, tips and others authorized material from experts I trust. There will be traditional and non-traditional materiel on health, fitness and wellness so enjoy and please leave your comments.
